ASD will host Mr Ray Floro for a Floro Fighting Systems Seminar and Workshop

This event will cover FFS Level material.

ASD has been engaging Mr Ray Floro for over a decade. ASD runs FFS seminars with Mr Floro twice yearly (February/March and Nov) and weekly training sessions (Monday evenings@6PM). The FFS system is simple, and highly effective to deal with edged and blunt weapon awareness. FFS is a progressive training system structured around various levels of training. This seminar and work shop will cover FFS level  components. These components include edged weapon defensive tactics, baton and empty hand techniques. Mr Floro is highly engaging communicator, technically superb at his martial art and an outstanding instructor and seminar presenter.

The First two childrens classes will be ran:

3.50 - 4.20pm Hapkido  Bunyips

4.25 - 5.25pm Hapkido Walleroos & Falcons Program
