ASD has been engaging Mr Ray Floro for over a decade. ASD runs FFS seminars with Mr Floro twice yearly (February/March and Nov) and weekly training sessions (Monday evenings@6PM). The FFS system is simple, and highly effective to deal with edged and blunt weapon awareness. FFS is a progressive training system structured around various levels of training. This seminar and work shop will cover FFS level 1 components. These components include edged weapon defensive tactics, baton and empty hand techniques. Mr Floro is highly engaging communicator, technically superb at his martial art and an outstanding instructor and seminar presenter.
